We offer custom solution for Students Attendance Management to automatically inform parents about their ward being not present for a lecture / day by SMS. Also the Management is informed when a teacher is late for a session by SMS.

• Each classroom has a reader (RFID or Finger Print), with Ethernet connection
• The Readers does not accept students Card / Finger normally
• The Teacher, at start of session, shows the card / places finger to activate the Reader. Now the students record their attendance.
• Server gathers the data online and triggers SMS to parents / Management for predefined events.
• Periodic attendance details sent to parents by SMS/Email
• The Reader shows the count of students attending the session

We offer Handheld Readers for Offline Student Attendance Management. In this case, instant SMS is not triggered. Batch mode SMS triggered on predefined events.
