Electronic Safe Controllers

Sifa supplies Controller for Electronic Safe to OEM/ODM customers. It is PIN based access to Electronic Safe, with upto 32 character password for opening the safe.

Remote Controllers

Sifa has developed Door Lock System using IRDA (Infrared Data) communication and Radio Frequency System for Windmill security applications. Sample devices have been installed at Suzlon windmill farm situated at Nandurbar, Maharashtra.

The Wind Mill Door to be opened by authorised person only. It should be possible to open the door when AC Power is not available inside the Wind Mill.

RF system consists of a Door receiver unit that works independently and opens the door when it receives the correct password. The RF uses 433 Mhz ISM band transceiver in burst mode. The receiver is in standby mode and wakes up every 30-45 seconds (approx) and listens for any signal. So the remote should be pressed approximately for a minute to open the door.
The password is 32 Characters (256 bits).
The Door Receiver unit is powered by three methods.
1. Built in 6V Dry cell Batteries
2. 7V AC Adapter
3. External Battery input

The IR remote has an IRDA sensor that transmits the password to the Door Receiver Unit in intervals and waits for acknowledgement from the Door Receiver Unit. When the remote receives the acknowledgement, an led on the rear of the remote blinks.

The Remote will transmit only after it gets enabled by an RFID card reader built in. So, the user has to flash his RF Card before the IR remote and if the remote finds that the user is allowed, it will enable IR transmission. The remote unit also has a real time clock and logs in the events. The data can be downloaded to PC with USB.
